DARE TO FAIL

As a sales force in the insurance industry, we often face many of whom fear is fear of failure.  The tips, this time we will discuss this.

Failure is actually a lesson, because of this failure we can build a sales force of extraordinary. how do I change a failure can be transformed into an extraordinary sales?.  the answer is as follows:

1. Wear failure you may get as a special lesson. 
Many people make a failure into their personal trauma, so that they become afraid to walk again.  This is wrong. Actually why failures are allowed to happen to someone just because we should learn from these failures so that through these lessons we can move forward and achieve success
2. Failure to make us more courageous
Some people let failure make them into a coward. And this was wrong. Fear will only make us further away from success. Change the failure of courage to be a success because of the courage will make us closer to success.
 3. Make failure as a tool to find out our weaknesses.

Failed caused by weaknesses in a person. If the person knows his weaknesses, the more easy for the person to turn weakness into strength, and as a consequence of success are getting close.
